This was a real quick trip, to hot out there for Cappy I'm afraid! Today was my "flasher" day, no, not that kind, but trying different stuff on the Hot Spot flashers. My old reports indicated that pnk or white hootchies were working well this time of year, not!
I started at the tracks and did the big loop thingy, over to the Eagle, to Murdock and then back to the tracks and blah blah blah. Readers Digest version of the morning, a total of ONE bite, that was it! Not a hit on anything but a chrome Apex that was down at 48'. Fish weren't marking as well as they have in the past but still a few here and there, just not on the feed today. That's OK, there were other things to see on the lake! (Next Page)
