My first rainbow of the year on Okanagan, gotta start somehwere!! Jim's happy he's got a nice supper fish! Kurts beaut weighing in at a hefty 14 lbs! Todd McKenzie with a couple of nice bows he took off Okanagan Lake! Great fish Todd!
Myles took his fish on a green Mac Squid, down by Peachland! Jim's "big one" on a blk/whi Len Thompson, favourite spoon and favourite fish!! Jim's second day out, same story as first!! Jim took this on a blk/whi Len Thompson, right on the surface!! Released to live another day!
John proves that there are chrome fish in the lake!!! (06-03-28) Kurts' nice bow taken on a big Williams spoon! Beauty fish Kurt!! (060328) Rory took this nice bow and a blk/sil spoon while out with Kurt! (06-03-30) Jimmy took a ton of these, all on a Cop Car Gypsy!]
(06/04/26) That big Apex is a third the size of the fish!! (06/04/26) Nice chrome bow, more typical of this lake!! Jim cleaned up on rainbows, 20 plus of this size!!! 3+ lb kok taken and a bigger one lost!! Is that a livewell??
So there, Cappy does still know how to catch the odd rainbow!! Jim's son-in-law with his first ever fish!! Good way to start! Jim took a few of these while out with the son-in-law, just had to show him there was more than koks in the lake!
